Job Description

The Plant Manager of this growing facility manages and oversees the daily plant operations, including PVC extrusion, maintenance, quality, shipping, receiving, warehousing, and administration.  The Plant Manager is responsible for the safety of all personnel and to ensure that the plant complies with all rules and regulations. The Plant Manager will lead efforts to obtain optimum efficiency of operations and maximize profits while observing and fostering the continual application of the company's key result areas of people, quality, service and cost. The Plant Manager will deliver the first three objectives with confidence and that this prioritization will also lead to the most optimal cost structure.
